Dawn's Rose Soap Bar

She's beauty, she's grace, this ethereal floral scent checks all the boxes. This scent is as feminine as it is strong and complex, with base notes of musk and cedarwood. Blended in that are also hints of rose, jasmine, violet, neroli, and citron, with a dash of lily and bergamot. This soap is colored naturally with pink kaolin clay and activated charcoal which both work together to gently exfoliate the skin by wicking away excess oil and dirt. 

Every ingredient has a purpose, and a job to do. Here is a list of ingredients and why they're beneficial for the skin in soap!

Pink Kaolin Clay: Works to gently remove excess oil from the skin, helping balance oil production and soothe irritation

Activated Charcoal: Draws out impurities, dirt, excess oil from the skin, this gentle cleaning can reduce blemishes leaving less irritated skin. 

Castor Oil: creates a bubbly lather, helps to draw moisture to the skin. 

Mango Butter: Rich in antioxidants, non-comedogenic, soothes irritation without clogging pores. This also adds a creaminess to the bar. 

Shea butter: Another very moisturizing ingredient that will not clog pores, has anti-inflammatory properties that can help ease irritated skin. Contains vitamins E, A and F, which are important to skin health. 

Coconut oil: Cleanses the skin, helps reduce inflammation, as well as improve the skin’s natural barrier. 

Olive Oil: Moisturizes and contains antioxidants, is hypoallergenic and can be beneficial for sensitive skin

Fragrance: Oils to give an aromatic nature and scent the soap

Palm Kernel Oil: extends the life of the bar, while providing a rich lather

Tips for elongating the life of your bar!

- keep bar on a dish or tray with drainage to allow for drying in between uses

- store away from direct sunlight when not in use

- allow to completely dry between uses

- rub onto a washcloth, loofah, or shower glove to create lather and extend the life of your bar
